Before booking on our website, check that your passport and residence permit are valid for at least 6 months after the start of the trip.
Please fill in all details correctly when booking. Incorrect information can lead to exclusion from the programme, and falsified information may be reported as fraud.
Please note the information we send after booking. We will e-mail you instructions on payment, the visa and other points that matter for your booking and trip.

If you give false information for the visa, you can expect fines.
If you do not keep to the permitted length of stay, you can also expect penalties. In the worst case this can mean imprisonment and a ban on entering the country.
Do not falsify any details in your vaccination record or marital status, or you can expect penalties.
The visa is valid only for the pilgrimage. You may not use it for business purposes!
Because all additional services are arranged once the visa is issued, you must pay all planned costs. A refund is no longer possible from this point.

Please do not take liquids in your hand luggage, such as shampoo and toiletries. Prohibited items may not be taken either; you bear sole liability!
If you are late at the airport, you must bear the resulting costs yourself. We do not cover additional costs.
Any costs arising from incorrect or ignored information or obligations are borne by the traveller. We cannot be held liable. This includes, for example, concealing drug dependency or pregnancy!

If you do not like the food and buy food yourself, you bear the cost.
Please observe the hotel rules. Eating in the rooms or putting up outsiders is strictly forbidden!
Look after your valuables. If anything is lost, neither we nor the hotel accept liability.
When using public Wi-Fi, you must not install illegal applications or visit prohibited websites.

Umrah trips are not possible after Ramadan! Only again one month after Hajj!
Umrah trips can only be made through a registered agency. Independent Umrah trips are not permitted.

Drug users caught there with drugs face imprisonment. Only travel if you are not taking drugs at the time of the trip.
If you take medication, especially certain painkillers but also other medicines, please talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Some medicines are strictly prohibited.
You face fines, an entry ban and imprisonment if you stay there longer than your visa allows.
Avoid conflicts with officials or staff to avoid problems.
Always stay calm and courteous. You may not raise your voice everywhere, even when you want to pray.
Make sure you do not wear advertising or political clothing. This avoids misunderstandings and problems.
You may not form circles or hold lessons in the mosques.
